"Danube Tray Cake" is a traditional Austrian dessert as well as a classic from Wendel’s. It features rich chocolate flavors and a layered structure. The cake is topped with a 53% and 70% dark choco ganache with elegant patterns. Inside, it has custard, pitted black cherries, and alternating layers of cocoa and vanilla muffins. The initial rich chocolate taste blends with custard and cherry for a harmonious, layered, and dense texture.
